A Special Message from a US Navy Admiral

A friend sent this to me, knowing what we are doing at TETRAD Institute and at IRI, and how difficult it is in these times to find a Few Right Persons who can Really DO things and ACHIEVE Results, and who will Not Stop, even in the face of seemingly impossible odds.

Our world is not what it was in 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010 or even at the end of 2019.

Spoken by an officer of the fleet, an admiral (I believe), probably to a graduating class at the Naval Academy or even at the SEAL training school.
